Rapid tooling (RT) is an injection molding process designed for the manufacture of smaller batches of plastic parts with shorter lead time than the standard injection molding process. The equipment used for RT is the same as that used for normal production injection molding except that RT injection molds are designed for quick turnaround instead of for long series production durability. 

Lead time: 1~2 weeks

Main materials we use to make rapid tools(rapid molds): 718H, 738H, P20
