Plating

It’s a process that surface of metal or other material parts attached to a layer of metal film by electrolysis. Plating can prevent metal parts getting oxidized, improve wear resistance, electrical conductivity, reflection, corrosion resistance as well as appearance.

Anodizing

The surface of Aluminum forms a layer offilm after anodized to protect the product from scratching.

Polishing

Parts are rubbed with sand paper or polisher to remove burrs, machined lines and adhesive traces, thereby improving the smoothness and lowering the roughness of the work-piece.

Painting

Provided with Pantone numbers or physical samples, our technicians will produce finish such as gloss, high gloss, matte, semi-gloss and textures.
