Injection Molding

Injection molding works by adding granular or powdered raw material to the hopper of the injection machine. After being heated, the raw material is melted into a flowing state, and is pushed into the mold cavity by the nozzle and the gating system of the mould under the driving of the screw or piston of the injection machine, and is hardened and fixed in the mould cavity.
